1.  What is ECHOstore?
ECHOstore Sustainable Lifestyle is the country’s pioneering social enterprise and retail store carrying green fair trade products created by marginalized communities and groups from all over the Philippines. The concept has evolved into a tri-concept that now included a market and a café.


ECHO stands for:

It’s unique role as an integrating-bridging-collaborative brand-company parallel it’s growth alongside development efforts of its ECHOsi (Sustainable Initiatives) Foundation. The Store-Foundation combination works with marginalized groups, government, NGOs and private sector to support livelihood through market access; thereby breaking the cycle of poverty and supporting the environment through a sustainable cycle of development, production and retail.


ECHOstore products include organic and natural foods, eco-friendly body care products, home cleaning solutions, fashion accessories made from recycled and natural materials, artisanal products, organic and natural foods, and everything you need for sustainable living, advocacy-related gift items and books. All-occasion green gift baskets are offered all-year-round.

3. How will I pay for my orders?

All online purchases can be paid through the following payment options:


  1. •PayPal (Payments are made to – From the checkout page, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to process your payment.


  1. •Bank Deposit - Please pay for your purchase until 7pm of the following day or most possibly within the day and email us ( or fax us (519-1216) a copy of the deposit slip so we can process your order. Do not forget to indicate your name, order number and contact details.

Due to the volumetric weight of the items, all deliveries may be charged for additional costs (e.g. packing and special handling). Customer will be notified through email prior to shipment and order approval.

4. What if the products I want to order are sold out?

If your order is sold out or is out of stock, we will tell you if and when we will stock it again. Please always check your e-mail.

5. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not accept refunds. Items may be exchanged at any ECHOstore retail store, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please be reminded that items are subject to stock availability when acquiring exchange.

6. Are the prices the same as the store?

Yes, online prices are the same as the price of products sold in our stores. Prices are current and updated but we may, however, modify prices without earlier notification.

7. How much is your shipping cost?

Shipping fee is based on your package’s weight and your location.

8. How long is the delivery period?

Upon confirmation of payment through mail ( or fax (512 1916), orders will be ready for shipment. It will take 2-3 business days for deliveries within Metro Manila, and 3-5 business days for provincial deliveries.


Please be noted that we lay dependency on delivery service of partner courier. Please see delivery schedules:


  • Weekdays, 9AM-2PM: next working day delivery
  • Weekdays after 2PM: 2 working days lead time for delivery
  • Orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed every Monday
  • Holiday orders will be processed the next regular day.

9. How can I recover my shopping cart account?

Make sure that you entered correct email address and password. If you forgot your password, just go to our shopping cart homepage (, click “Log In” on the upper right corner, and then click “Forgot Your Password”. You will be asked for your registered email address, input your email address and click “Send E-mail”. A link will be sent to your registered email to reset your password. Then finally, you can now log in. Enjoy shopping!


10. Who will receive my orders if I won’t be available upon delivery?

Our courier may redeliver the order 3 times including the first attempt. Please be reminded of additional charge for the next delivery day. To avoid charges, please prepare an authorization letter provided with a photocopy of your valid id, for the person on your behalf who will claim your orders. Also, the person to receive the orders must present his/her valid id. But in any case that the courier authorized you to receive the items in behalf of the recipient, delivery is acknowledged.
